Beginning on September 8th, 2015, this site will be shut down and new online permits will be submitted through the City's Permits and Cases Citizen's
Access Portal. Your preexisting permits submitted through this site will be available on this new site. The link can be found here: https://permitsandcases.indy.gov/citizenAccess/.
The plan review process is not changing at this time, just the new permit submittal process. You can head to the website before September 8th or at any time subsequent to this date in order to register an account and create a password.
