Welcome to the Marion Superior Court Traffic Ticket Payment Service.

This system allows you the convenience of paying traffic tickets with your credit or debit card from the comfort of your home or office. Your total payment, including the credit card online transaction fee, will be calculated and displayed prior to the completion of your transaction.

This electronic Government service you are making a payment for includes a non-refundable Portal Administration Fee. You will have the opportunity to review all applicable fees prior to finalizing your transaction. At that point, you will have the option to cancel you online transaction.

48-Hour Deadline: Your payments must be made 48 hours prior to the due date. Any payments made through this system after the 48-hour deadline may still result in a judgment and legal action.

If you are unable to find your traffic ticket in our system, it may not be available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ticket Number: The computerized search for your ticket is best completed using your ticket number, which can be found on the ticket. Check here to view a sample traffic ticket and see where the ticket number that you should use is located.

Confirmation of Payment: Upon the completion of your transaction, you will have an opportunity to print a confirmation page for your records.

Notice: If you use a pre-paid debit or credit card including, but not limited to; tax-refund card, gift card, state-issued card, pre-loaded cash card, etc. and mis-enter your payment information, funds might be held for a period of seven days or longer.

There are two systems that house traffic ticket information for Marion County, Indiana. This will stay in effect as they migrate to a new system, while still using the old system. Therefore, it may be necessary to search both systems to locate all tickets available for payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
